Mindfulness is a tool that allows us to change how we respond to our experiences. If you are interested
in learning about mindfulness and how to apply it in in your daily life, our “Mindfulness 101” workshop is
here to help you!
This 10 week-workshop is built around principles from neuroscience, emotional intelligence and positive psychology. It consists of 120-minute sessions conducted once a week by Resilience Within faculty members.
No prior experience is required for you to be eligible for this workshop. If your application is successful and you are selected to take part in it, your participation will be completely free of charge.
This certificate course requires a strong commitment and results in the cultivation of a mindfulness practice which has numerous benefits including (but not limited to) the following:
